Achieve ABA Therapy Group is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Colorado to provide exceptional clinical care with strong administrative and operational support. The role offers immediate caseloads, flexible and hybrid work opportunities, hourly pay of $80–$90, PTO for both full-time and part-time employees, a sign-on bonus, and health, dental, and vision insurance options. The BCBA will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, monitor progress, document services, and ensure BACB and company compliance. Applicants must hold active BCBA certification, have at least 2 years of BCBA experience, and currently reside in Colorado.
