The employer is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA therapy and supervision to children, teens, and young adults with autism across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role includes developing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments and functional analyses, providing direct therapy, supervising Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families and schools, maintaining records, and delivering progress reports. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and license, a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and the ability to work in person; one or more years of BCBA or ABA experience is preferred.
