Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring remote Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time and part-time work. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans, documenting care in compliance with HIPAA, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, training families and caregivers, and analyzing progress data. Applicants need a relevant master's degree, current BCBA certification, reliable transportation, and leadership skills.
