Blossom ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Maryland team to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians, track client progress, collaborate with families and professionals, and maintain compliant documentation. The role requires an active BCBA certification, an active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, and current Maryland residency, with preferred experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Compensation is $125,000 annually with flexible scheduling, administrative support, paid CEUs, and growth opportunities.
