Description
ABA Pathways, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide person-centered applied behavior analysis services, including functional behavior assessments, evidence-based intervention planning, direct clinical support, family and team coaching, treatment-fidelity monitoring, and program development. The role requires Michigan licensure, current BCBA certification, at least two years of ABA experience, leadership and mentoring experience, and the ability to work independently and remotely. Compensation is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
