Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work in a hybrid setting in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, adjusting treatment goals, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification, a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
