Behavioral Perspective Inc. is hiring a full-time, mid-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springfield, Illinois to provide therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with autism. The role involves supervising behavior technicians, creating and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments, collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals, maintaining compliant client records, and delivering direct therapy when needed. The position is primarily in person across home, clinic, school, and community settings, with weekly work-from-home opportunities after the first six months.
