Able Stars ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based clinical services for children and families. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing caseloads, supervising and training RBTs/BTs, analyzing client data, educating caregivers, documenting services, and complying with BACB and regulatory requirements. The position offers full-time or part-time scheduling, a hybrid telehealth and in-person model, flexible hours, clinical autonomy, administrative support, professional development, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
