Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time or part-time work providing ABA therapy to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role includes intake evaluations, treatment-plan design, supervision and training of behavior technicians, data graphing, progress monitoring, and family communication. The position offers up to $95,000 in yearly salary, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid leave, retirement matching, flexible scheduling, and up to 25% travel. A valid BCBA certificate, experience with children and teens with ASD or developmental disabilities, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license are required.
