Above & Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for full-time or part-time ABA therapy work serving children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in the greater Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder areas. Responsibilities include intake and functional behavioral assessments, treatment-plan design, supervision and training of ABA technicians, data graphing, progress monitoring, and family communication. The role requires a valid BCBA certificate, experience with children and teens with ASD or other developmental disabilities, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license, with up to 25% travel. Compensation is up to $95,000 yearly on a bi-weekly basis, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid leave, retirement matching, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
