Description
Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to provide ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The role includes conducting assessments, creating and implementing behavior intervention and treatment plans, supervising and mentoring technicians and candidates, parent training, interdisciplinary coordination, and progress monitoring using Rethink. The position offers flexible scheduling with remote, in-person, and hybrid options, is paid at $85/hour starting, and is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role with full-time options available.
