Description
Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to provide ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The role involves conducting assessments, creating and updating behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring technicians and BCBA candidates, coordinating with families and school/interdisciplinary providers, and using data-driven tools such as Rethink. The position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role with no minimum billable hour requirement, starting pay of $85 per hour, flexible scheduling, remote/in-person/hybrid options, and full-time options available.
