Achieving True Self is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess children, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, collect and analyze data, and supervise and mentor BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians. The role also trains and supports families and caregivers. Candidates need a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and preferably evening availability two to three days per week. The position offers $35–$65 per hour for direct billable hours, a sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
