Achieving True Self is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts and individuals actively working toward BCBA certification to provide evidence-based ABA services in Pennsylvania. The role includes conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, supervising and training RBTs and other technicians, collaborating with families, collecting and analyzing treatment data, and delivering engaging, compassionate care to children and their families. Candidates need a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, BCBA certification or certification in progress, and Pennsylvania licensure or licensure in progress; evening availability and a valid driver’s license are also requested.
