Description
Achieving True Self is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess children, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, collect and analyze data, and supervise and mentor BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians. The role also trains families and caregivers to support progress beyond sessions. It offers $35–$65 per hour for direct billable hours, with full-time and part-time sign-on bonuses, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits. A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, a valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance are required; evening availability two to three days per week is preferred.
