ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities across all New Jersey counties. The role involves clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs and behavioral aides, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and revising behavior intervention plans, training caregivers and staff, monitoring data, and ensuring compliance with ABA and DDD standards.
