Description
Plum Behavioral Services is hiring a BCBA to provide ongoing clinical care for clients, supervise and mentor RBTs, review data and client progress, edit programs and develop goals, build relationships with families, support caregivers, and collaborate with a team. The role emphasizes ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA and does not require initial assessments. A BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license may also be considered.
