Applied ABC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid and in-person per diem position in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The role provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services, maintains a caseload of approximately 120 billable utilization hours per month, supervises therapists and RBTs, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, trains families, monitors data, and coordinates care. Candidates must hold active BCBAs and Georgia LBA credentials, a relevant master's degree, a current 8-hour supervision certificate, and experience with RBT/BT supervision, behavior support planning, assessments, family training, and children with autism. The position offers flexible scheduling, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible out-of-state candidates.
