Applied ABC is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to carry an active caseload, conduct ABA assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans, supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians, deliver parent training, monitor client progress, and maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements. The role is hybrid and in-person, requires active BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or a related field, current supervision certification, state licensure where applicable, and experience with autism services and evidence-based supervision. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits.
