B Above is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for part-time or full-time ABA services. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, adjusting goals, supervising and mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
