Progressive Option Support Services LLC is hiring a part-time, W-2 Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-person ABA services to children and families throughout New Jersey. The role oversees and designs ABA home programs, supervises behavioral technicians, trains caregivers, prepares insurance authorizations, and implements treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder. Candidates must hold current BCBA and NJ LBA certification, have at least six months of ABA experience, a master's degree in ABA or a related field, and the ability to administer clinical assessments and supervise paraprofessionals. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends as needed, flexible hours, and an $110-$120 hourly salary range.
