Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a temporary residential home in Tifton, Georgia. The role provides direct behavior assessment, intervention, monitoring, data collection, staff training, functional assessments, behavior support plan development and modification, crisis-intervention support, and supervision of physical-intervention incidents. The position follows a seven-days-on, seven-days-off schedule and offers health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other professional-development benefits.
