Benchmark Human Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a clinic setting in Decatur, Georgia, supporting individuals with autism and their families. The role supervises RBTs and BCaBAs, manages up to 15 cases, conducts ABA assessments and treatment planning, provides clinical supervision, maintains records, and ensures ethical and reimbursable service delivery. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a part-time schedule varying by availability. The salary is $75,000-$93,000.
