Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based and home settings. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments and progress reporting, training parents and caregivers, overseeing behavior technicians, and maintaining compliance with BACB and payer guidelines. The position requires BCBA or BCBA-D certification, applicable licensure, strong clinical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, MacOS, CentralReach, and Tableau. It offers 25–30 billable hours per week, flexible discretionary time off, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $85,000–$100,000.
