Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based and home settings. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments and progress reporting, collaborating with parents and caregivers, overseeing behavior technicians, and supervising RBTs. The position requires BCBA or BCBA-D certification, applicable licensure, and experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction is preferred. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $80,000–$95,000.
