Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a BCBA to provide clinical supervision and oversee ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or delays. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, analyzing data, supervising supervisors and behavior interventionists, consulting with families and schools, and delivering individual and group learning experiences. The position is part-time or full-time, hybrid with in-home and remote hours, and covers Marin County locations including Novato, San Rafael, and San Anselmo. Candidates need a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, a California driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
