Description
BTS is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Solano County for part-time or full-time hybrid work involving in-home or clinic hours and some remote work. The role provides ABA program design and implementation, client assessment and treatment planning, direct and group services, supervision of supervisors and Behavior Interventionists, family and school consultation, and progress reporting. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and eligibility to work in the United States. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 annually, with bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
