Centria is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center setting. The role provides daily guidance to Behavior Technicians, develops and implements assent-based individualized behavior plans, engages parents in on-site training, and maintains clinical quality through supervision and data-driven decision-making. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$90,000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, along with clinical support, career development, paid continuing education, vacation, and other benefits.
