The Behavior Analyst provides intensive in-home behavior services to children with autism, develops curriculum and behavior support plans, conducts assessments, supervises BCBAs, BCaBAs, and direct-service staff, trains parents and staff, monitors treatment fidelity and progress, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential or a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field, along with required training and certifications, and offers an annual salary of $69,000-$85,000.
