Clarvida is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a hybrid remote position in the Winchester, Virginia area. The role provides direct behavioral health care to clients ages 2–21, including assessments, behavioral observations, treatment-goal development, Individualized Treatment Plans, reinforcement strategies, and supervision. It is community-based and telehealth, predominantly daytime and after-school, with weekends not required. Compensation is $54 per client hour, approximately $94,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, licensure supervision, and other benefits.
