Cortica is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas. The BCBA will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming, supervise behavior technicians, and lead individualized care plans while averaging 26 billable hours per week. The role requires a master’s degree in human services or a related field and current BCBA certification, and offers a $5,000 first-year bonus, health and other insurance, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.
