Magical Moments is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, supervise and train RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, monitor treatment progress, and maintain clinical documentation. The role requires active BCB certification, an IN LBA license or ability to obtain one within 30 days, ABA knowledge, assessment and data-analysis experience, and familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards. The position is on site in the client’s natural environment and offers $80,000–$95,000 annually, health insurance, continuing education, professional development, and scheduling autonomy.
