Description
Magical Moments is hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, supervise and train RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, monitor treatment progress, and maintain clinical documentation. The role requires active BACB certification, a Georgia LBA license or ability to obtain it within 30 days, ABA clinical experience, data-analysis skills, and familiarity with HIPAA and documentation standards. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a $5,000 signing bonus, performance bonuses, health insurance, retirement benefits, continuing education support, professional development, and relocation assistance.
