Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina, to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, adjust treatment goals, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance. The role requires current BCBA certification, a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
