Description

Hope Autism Clinic, a division of the nonprofit Hope Clinical Care, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chicago, Illinois. The BCBA will provide ethical, evidence-based applied behavior analytic services to children ages 2–8 with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, including clinical case management, assessments, treatment planning, data review, parent and staff training, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires a master's degree and active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB, or a related master's degree with at least five years of behavior-analytic experience. Compensation is up to $85,000 annually based on experience, with a $5,000–$10,000 commitment bonus and relocation assistance, plus health and retirement benefits.
