Horizon Blue ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for primarily remote work or at its new Brooklyn clinic, serving Medicaid families across New York City. The role develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment plans, supervises and trains RBTs, conducts assessments, adjusts treatment goals, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintains ethical and regulatory compliance. Applicants need a relevant master’s degree, BCBA certification, New York behavior analyst licensure, a New York State Medicaid ID, and at least one year of ABA experience.
