Description
JBA Institute is hiring a BCBA to provide behavior intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders in south Los Angeles County. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supervising ABA implementation across home, school, and community settings, training parents and staff, collaborating with school staff and other professionals, analyzing data, and writing progress reports. It is a full-time or part-time position with weekday hours, on-road work, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education support.
