MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Waterford Township, Michigan. The BCBA will supervise ABA Technicians, train staff and parents, develop and adjust individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans, conduct standardized behavioral assessments, document clinical progress, and participate in team meetings and training. The role requires current BACB BCBA certification, clinical staff management and mentoring experience, and strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills. It is clinic-based with no home travel, generally scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. without evenings, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, bonuses, and other benefits.
