Morrison Center is hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for its Special Purpose Private School in Scarborough, Maine. The role provides behavior-analytic services to students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health needs, including functional behavior assessments, individualized intervention plans, data monitoring, staff supervision, documentation, and crisis support. The position requires current BCBA certification, a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations, and experience working with children with autism and behavioral health needs. Compensation is $70,720–$93,600 annually, with a 37.5-hour daytime schedule and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
