National Therapy Center is hiring a full-time, clinic-based Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Washington, DC. The role conducts functional behavior assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams, monitors progress through data analysis, and maintains documentation. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing; one year of ABA experience with children is preferred. The position offers $90,000-$110,000 annually plus benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
