Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide on-site behavioral services for adults in residential and day-program settings. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and monitoring positive behavioral support and treatment plans, analyzing data, responding to crises, training staff, maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating care with families and agencies, and participating in treatment and performance-improvement activities. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field, valid or nearly completed BCBA certification, 1–2 years of clinical experience, experience with complex behaviors, Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills.
