Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is hiring a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for BTs/RBTs, conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, analyze client data, train parents and caregivers, and adapt programs based on progress. The role requires a master's degree in ABA or a related field, active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, and experience with children in behavioral health or special education. It offers flexible scheduling, starting compensation stated as $85–$100 per hour and also advertised as $100–$110 per hour, with multiple locations across New York and New Jersey.
