Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavior analysis assessment and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The role includes developing behavioral assessments and treatment plans, implementing individualized ABA interventions, training parents, supervising behavior technicians and BCBA candidates, maintaining documentation and schedules, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, active BCBA certification or upcoming eligibility, at least one year of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, computer skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
