Description
The Behavior Analyst conducts functional behavior assessments, develops skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans, trains caregivers and school staff, monitors student behavior and treatment fidelity, supervises Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with families, schools, and community providers. The role is full-time, requires approximately 30–40 hours per week, and is paid $36–$48 per hour with medical, vision, dental, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement match.
