Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Oklahoma for a full-time hybrid role. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, analyze client data, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and professionals, and maintain documentation. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, active BCBA certification, and active Oklahoma LBA certification, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
