Therapitas is hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Oklahoma City to oversee client ABA programs, conduct behavioral and skills assessments, design and maintain evidence-based treatment plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, provide parent and family training, monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, and deliver direct or indirect behavioral services as needed. The role requires a master's degree, BCBA certification, Oklahoma licensure, knowledge of behavior analytic interventions and functional behavioral assessment, and experience in emergency or crisis intervention; RBT supervision experience is preferred.
