Wellspring Learning Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Southeast Nashville clinic. The role reports to the Clinical Director and supports ABA therapy for children and families with autism, including behavior strategies, supervision of technicians, clinical programming, staff and family training, assessment, data collection, and oversight of a 10-client caseload. The position requires a BCBA in good standing, BACB supervision training, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with CentralReach is preferred.
