BCANC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals, train staff, analyze intervention data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation. The role serves children and individuals with developmental disabilities in a hybrid arrangement in Laurinburg, North Carolina and surrounding areas, with 50% travel required. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, paid hourly at $80–$100, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
