Description
The employer is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA therapy and supervision for children, teens, and young adults with autism across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role includes developing and maintaining behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments and functional analyses, providing direct therapy, supervising Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families and schools, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and delivering expert consultation. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and license, a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field, and the ability to work in person; one or more years of BCBA or ABA experience is preferred.
