Acclimate ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, develop data-informed treatment plans, support families, and collaborate with other professionals in autism and developmental-behavioral therapy. The role offers full-time or part-time hybrid options, professional development, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits. Candidates must hold a current BACB certification, Utah LBA certification or eligibility, a relevant master’s or doctorate, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
